This is always a fun gathering.
Please bring a new or gently used item for the silent auction. This could be offroad equipment, a gift card, holiday-themed gifts, etc. We will also have a 50/50 cash raffle, with 50% going to the lucky winner and the other 50% also going to charity.
Your meal choice includes either a salmon or prime rib entree.
SEARED SALMON
Char-Broiled 8oz Salmon Filet topped with Roasted Tomato Beurre Blanc, Served with Fresh Vegetables and Garlic Cream Rice.
8oz PRIME RIB
USDA Choice Prime Rib roasted slowly and served with Au Jus,
Served with a Trio of Vegetables and a Baked Potato with all the trimmings.
Both are served with hot rolls and butter, a dinner salad with fresh field greens, and New York style cheesecake with a berry sauce. Iced tea, coffee and water are also included.
There will be a cash bar available for alcoholic drinks.
The casino has blocked 5 hotel rooms for us. Everyone is on their own to reserve and pay. The group rate for the room is $160/night + 10% Resort Fee and 3% Tribal Tax per night. Any rooms not reserved will release back to the public 2 weeks before the party.
